Wild Nothing

Wild Nothing is the recording project of the American musician Jack Tatum, begun in 2009 in Blacksburg, Virginia, where he made the debut album Gemini (2010) on a laptop in his dorm room. Tatum writes and records the albums largely on his own and tours them with a full band. Nocturne (2012) was followed by Life of Pause (2016), Indigo (2018) and Hold (2023), all on Captured Tracks.

Wild Nothing Nocturne

Jack Tatum wrote Wild Nothing's second album in Savannah and finished it in three weeks in Brooklyn. The studio polish shows off the melodies and exposes the lyrics.
