Army Navy

Army Navy is a Los Angeles power-pop band formed in 2004 by Justin Kennedy, who had played in Pinwheel with Ben Gibbard in Seattle before moving south. With Louie Schultz on lead guitar and Douglas Randall on drums, the band released Army Navy (2008), The Last Place (2011) and The Wilderness Inside (2014) on its own label, The Fever Zone, all three produced by Adam Lasus. Its songs have been used in the films Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist and Beastly, and a single, “Her Makeup”, followed in 2018.
