Departure announced on September 18, 2025. The latest reports still had the music on Spotify.

In September 2025 Massive Attack asked Universal Music to remove their catalog from Spotify in every country, objecting to Ek's investment in Helsing. The back catalog was still on Spotify at the end of 2025, but their April 2026 single with Tom Waits, Boots on the Ground, was released everywhere except Spotify.
