Miley Cyrus was spotted enjoying some cock, er cake, while celebrating her boyfriend Liam's birthday at Club Icon in downtown LA. The 19-year-old singer was also spotted drinking alcohol and partying all night. Thankfully, TMZ was there and we have such wonderful pictures.
